This Privacy Policy explains how Slow Ink (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the Slow Ink mobile applications and website.
Information we process
Anonymous installation identifier
The app creates a random installation identifier. We use it to maintain a secure session, associate subscription access, prevent abuse, and keep your daily oracle stable for that day. It is not an advertising identifier and is not derived from your device serial number.
App preferences and content
Theme, language, notification preference, onboarding state, and the latest daily-content snapshot are stored on your device. Daily notifications are scheduled locally. We do not receive your notification permission choice unless a request to our service requires it, which the current app does not.
Requests to our service
When the app requests content, our infrastructure may process the requested date, content language, cohort preference, broad region if you choose to provide it for the daily oracle, IP address, request timing, and security metadata. Cloudflare may process standard network logs to provide security and delivery.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payment information. We do not receive your full card details. We may receive a transaction or purchase token, product identifier, subscription status, and expiry or revocation information to verify access.
How we use information
- Deliver daily readings, the library, search and oracle features.
- Verify membership and restore access.
- Secure requests, limit automated extraction, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect users and the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising trackers. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Slow Ink, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Apple or Google for app distribution and purchases. We may disclose information where legally required.
Retention
Secure sessions expire automatically. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security and diagnosis. Subscription records are retained while necessary to provide access and meet accounting or legal obligations. Daily oracle records may be retained to preserve the once-per-day result. You may request deletion of server-linked installation data.
Your choices
You can disable notifications in system settings, withhold optional region information, or uninstall the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing.
Children
Slow Ink is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International processing
Our service is delivered through a global network. Information may be processed outside your country with protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published.

- 提供每日內容、典籍、搜尋與卦象功能。
- 驗證會員及恢復購買。
- 保護請求、限制自動化擷取、診斷故障與防止濫用。
- 履行法律義務並保護使用者與服務。
分享
我們不出售個人資訊，也不使用第三方廣告追蹤器。營運所需服務商可能處理必要資訊，包括提供託管與安全服務的 Cloudflare，以及負責 App 發行與付款的 Apple 或 Google。法律要求時，我們可能依法揭露資訊。
保存期間
安全工作階段會自動到期；營運記錄僅在安全與診斷所需期間保存；訂閱資料會在提供權限及履行會計或法律義務所需期間保存；每日卦象可能為維持當日唯一結果而保存。你可要求刪除與安裝識別碼關聯的服務端資料。
你的選擇
你可在系統設定停用通知、不提供可選的地區資訊，或解除安裝 App。依所在地法律，你可能享有查閱、更正、刪除或反對特定處理的權利。
兒童
Slow Ink 並非為 13 歲以下兒童或其所在地最低數位同意年齡以下人士設計，我們不會明知而收集兒童個人資訊。
跨境處理
本服務透過全球網路提供，資訊可能在你所在國家以外處理，並依服務需求及適用法律採取相應保護。
政策變更
我們可能更新本政策；重大修訂發布時，上方生效日期會同步更新。
