These Terms govern your use of the Slow Ink apps, website and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Slow Ink presents classical texts, translations, contextual notes, artwork references and reflective features. Availability and content may change as the library develops.
Reflection, not professional advice
Daily oracle and AI-labelled content are provided for cultural exploration and personal reflection. They do not predict outcomes and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, safety or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for urgent or consequential decisions.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Price, period and any trial will be shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically under the store terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store policy and law. Restoring a valid purchase does not create a separate Slow Ink account.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not circumvent access controls, scrape or systematically extract the library, overload or interfere with the service, reverse engineer security measures except where law expressly permits, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
Historical source texts may be in the public domain. Slow Ink’s selection, translations, contextual writing, visual presentation, software and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Artwork belongs to its respective institution or rights holder and is credited separately.
Availability and changes
We aim for a quiet and reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may fix, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal compliance or product development.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
We may restrict access where these Terms are materially violated or where necessary to protect users, content or infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

部分功能可能需要付費訂閱。購買前，Apple App Store 或 Google Play 會顯示價格、週期及試用資訊。費用由商店帳戶收取，除非取消，訂閱會依商店條款自動續訂。你可在 Apple 或 Google 帳戶設定管理或取消；退款依商店政策及適用法律處理。恢復有效購買不等於建立獨立 Slow Ink 帳戶。
可接受使用
本服務限個人非商業用途。你不得繞過存取控制、大量擷取典籍庫、干擾服務、在法律未允許時逆向安全措施、冒充他人，或將服務用於非法目的。
內容與智慧財產
歷史原典可能屬於公有領域；Slow Ink 的內容選擇、釋義、語境文字、視覺呈現、軟體與品牌仍受相關智慧財產法律保護。畫作權利屬各機構或權利人，並另行標示來源。
可用性與變更
我們致力提供安靜可靠的體驗，但不保證服務永不中斷。基於安全、法令遵循或產品發展等合理需要，我們可能修正、調整、暫停或停止部分功能。
免責與責任限制

終止
